Our Joint Venture Sidvin Outotec Engineering Private Limited delivers Plant Engineering, Design Solutions and Engineering Management of Metallurgical & Minerals Processing, Chemical Processing and Water Treatment projects. The venture incorporates a model that allows each company to maintain its current ownership structure and independence while leveraging an operational infrastructure for the highest efficiency of both parties.

Metso (Previously Outotec International Holdings Oy) is based out of Espoo, Finland, and provides leading technology and services for the sustainable use of Earth’s natural resources, developing many breakthrough technologies for its customers in the mining and metal industries, while also providing innovative solutions for industrial water treatment and the utilisation of alternative energy sources.
